Robert Carlisle age 76 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away February 7th. Funeral services will be Friday February 10th at 2Pm Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday February 9th at the Bailey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
