Ermil Eugene "Gene" Blackburn age 73 of Pikeville, KY passed away February 26th. Visitation will be Monday February 27th at 6PM and Tuesday February 28th at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday February 29th at 1PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
