Perry Dale Owens age 58 of Pikeville, KY passed away February 25th. Visitation will be 6PM-9PM February 26th at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday February 27th at 1PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Annie E. Young Cemetery.
