Anna M. Blackburn age 81 Phelps, Ky passed away January 31st. Funeral services will be Sunday February 5th at 1PM at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 3rd at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home and after 4PM Saturday February 4th at the Turkey Creek Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY.
