James Spencer age 82 of McCarr, Ky passed away February 24th. Visitation will be after 6PM Sunday February 26th and Monday February 27th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday February 28th at 11Am at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Alley Cemetery Ransom, KY.
