Herman Clarence Smith age 77 of Pikeville, KY passed away February 3rd. Funeral services will be Sunday February 5th at 2PM at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday February 4th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens Huddy, KY.
