Charles Edward "Cooper" Hall Jr. age 42 of Garrett, KY passed away February 8th. Funeral services will be Sunday February 12th at 12PM at the Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 10th at the Rock Fork Old Regular Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Vanhoose Cemetery (Mill Creek) Wayland, KY.
