Donna Lynn Ratliff age 50 of Joe's Creek Pikeville, KY passed away February 23rd. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday February 24th at the Meta Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Sunday February 26th at 11AM at the Meta Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Ratliff Family Cemetery.
