Tabitha Ann Russell, age 27 of VA Beach, VA (formerly of Joes Creek, Pikeville, KY) passed away August 26th, 2011 at VA beach, VA. Funeral services will be held 11am on Sunday September 4th, 2011 at Upper Joes Creek Church of Christ. The body will be at the church after 1pm on Saturday. Special services each night at 7pm.
