Halligene Whisman Cansler, age 81 of Pikeville, KY passed away Mon Sept 19th, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday Sept 23rd, 2011 at J.W. Call Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6pm Thursday at the funeral home chapel with special services starting at 7pm.
