Estella Potter Bartley, 71, of Dorton passed away Wednesday August 31st. Visitation will be Thursday evening Sept. 1st. at Baily Funeral Home Elkhorn City. Funeral service will be Saturday September 3rd, 2pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cook Family Cemetery, Marion's Branch.
