Cloteene Keene Howard, 77, of Pikeville, KY passed away August 31st 2011. Visitation will be Thursday September 1st after 6pm at Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday Sept. 3rd, 12-noon at Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Johnson Memorial Park.
