Edwin Gail Estep, age 69 of Phelps, KY passed away on Tuesday September 6th, 2011 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. Funeral services will be held Saturday September 10th, 2011 at 1pm at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home in Phelps, KY. Burial will follow in the Edo Dotson Cemetery at Phelps. Visitation will be after 7pm on Thursday at the Chapel. A special service will be held Friday at 7pm.
