Bertha Potter Belcher, 98 of Pikeville passed away Thursday, September 1st. Visitation will be Friday 6pm at Lucas and Son Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday Sept. 4th at 11am. Burial will follow in Belcher Cemetery.
