Franklin Delano Scalf, age 77 of Sidney, KY passed away Sept 14th, 2011. Funeral services will be held Monday Sept 19th, 2011 at 2pm at Sidney Missionary Church. Visitation will be after 6pm Sunday and Saturday at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home. Special singing service Sunday at 7pm.
