Phyllis Jean "Ruby" Hamlin age 78 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away July 2nd.  Visitation will be Wednesday July 4th at 6Pm at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday July 6th at 1Pm at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
