Lowell Thomas "L.T." Kiser age 68 of Pikeville, KY passed away July 19th. Visitation will be Friday July 20th at 6PM at the Caney Old Regular Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Sunday July 22nd at 2PM at the Caney Old Regular Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Kiser Cemetery.
