Franklin D. Phillips

Franklin D. Phillips age 71 of Grapevine Road Phyllis, KY passed away July 13th.  Visitation will be Tuesday July 17th at 6Pm at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday July 18th at 1PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Valley Memorial Gardens, Big Rock, VA.
