Howard Mullins, 85, of Buckfield Rd. Pikeville, passed away Monday July 23rd at Pikeville Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at Noon Thursday July 26th at Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church. Visitation will be July 24th-25th beginning at 6pm at Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial at Warren G. Adkins Cemetery.
