Keith Allen Mcintosh Jr age 36 of Indiana passed away July 7th.  Visitation will be after 11AM Saturday July 14th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday July 14th at 1PM at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Coleman-Mcintosh Cemetery, Sidney, KY.
