Jerry Keith Thacker age 47 of Pikeville, KY passed away June 30th.  Visitation will be Monday July 2nd at 6Pm at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Tuesday July 3rd at 1Pm at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
