James Edward Stiltner age 59 of Kimper, KY passed away July 4th. Visitation will be Thursday July 5th at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday July 6th at 3PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Justice Cemetery.
