Phillip Silcox age 46 of Ashcamp, KY passed away March 18th. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday March 21st at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday March 22nd at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Childers Cemetery Ashcamp, KY.
