Lena Martin age 82 of Phelps, KY passed away March 8th. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday March 13th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday March 14th at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery Draffin, KY.
