Carl Ray Fraley

Carl Ray Fraley age 84 of Pikeville, KY passed away March 12th. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Thursday March 15th and all day Friday March 16th at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday March 17th at 1PM at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
