Carl Ray Fraley age 84 of Pikeville, KY passed away March 12th. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Thursday March 15th and Friday march 16th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday March 17th at 1PM at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
