Paul R. Martin age 75 of Shelby, OH formerly of Estill, KY passed away March 25th. Visitation will be from 6-8PM Friday March 30th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday March 31st st 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Whit Martin Cemetery.
