Mella B. Howell age 90 of Pikeville, KY passed away March 9th. Visitation will be after 5PM Saturday March 10th at the J.W.Call Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11AM MOnday March 12th at the J.W.Call Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
