Joe Douglas Simpson age 78 of Allen, KY passed away March 20th. Visitation will be held after 6PM Wednesday March 21st at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday March 23rd at 1PM at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY.
