Ollie Edwin Lowe age 93 of Pikeville, KY passed away September 9th.  Visitation will be Monday September 10th at 6PM at the Thacker Memorial FuneraL Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday September 12th at 11AM  at the Thacker Memorial FuneraL Home.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
