Bill Blackburn

Bill Blackburn age 74 formerly of Harless Creek, KY passed away September 3rd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday September 6th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Friday September 7th at 1PM  at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Blackburn Family Cemetery.
