Billie Ray Alexander age 70 of Williamson, WV passed away September 17th.  Visitation will be after 10AM Thursday September 20th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday September 20th at 11AM at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens, Maher, WV.
