Bernice Minerva Pernu age 89 of Richmond, KY passed away September 15th.  Visitatrion will be between 6PM and 9PM Monday September 17th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be Tuesday September 18th at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Services.  Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery at 2PM.
