Effie Miller age 89 of Phyllis, KY passed away September 25th. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday September 2th at the Bailey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday September 28th at 11AM at the Bailey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery.
