Jason Allen Worley age 36 of Canada, KY passed away September 13th.  Visitation will be from 7PM until 9PM Sunday September 16th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Funeral servicdes will Monday September 17th at 11AM at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.    Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY.
