Ruey Justice age 83 from Powells Creek Pikeville, KY passed away April 17th.  Visitation will be Thursday April 19th at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday April 19th at 12PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
