Irene Mullins Ratliff

Irene Mullins Ratliff age 69 from Kimper, KY passed away March 30th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday April 1st at the Jubilee Christian Church.  Funeral services will be Wednesday April 3rd at 12PM at the Jubilee Christian Church.  Burial will follow in the Bent Ridge Cemetery.
