Lilly Hackney age 90 fro Phelps, KY passed away April 11th. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday April 13th at the Jamboree Church of God. Funeral services will be Monday April 15th at 1PM at the Jamboree Church of God. Burial will follow in the Lester Family Cemetery.
