Loretta Scott age 62 from Ratliff Creek Rd Pikeville, KY passed away April 15th.  Visitation will be Tuesday April 16th at 6PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday April 18th at 1PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
