Kelsie James age 73 from Pikeville, KY passed away April 21st. Visitation will be Monday April 22nd at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday April 23rd at 1PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
