Warney Gene Smith age 63 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away May 22nd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday May 23rd at the Bailey  Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Thursday May 24th at 2Pm at the Bailey  Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Ramey Cemetery, Little Beaver Creek, Elkhorn City, KY.
