John Harold Rowe age 84 of Phyllis, KY passed away May 10th. Visitation will be Saturday May 12th at 6PM at the Mt. View Church of Christ. Funeral services will be Monday May 14th at 11AM at the Mt. View Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
