Rosie Bartley age 78 of Penny Highway Virgie, KY passed away May 1st. Visitation will be Thursday May 3rd at 6PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday May 5th at 11AM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
