Vernelia "Nellie" Phillips  age 86 of Pikeville, KY passed away May 21st.  Visitation will be Tuesday May 22nd at 6PM at the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Wednesday May 23rd at 12PM at the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
