Cecil Francis age 74 of Pikeville, KY passed away May 20th. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday May 22nd at the Community Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11AM Thursday May 24th at the Community Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Scalf Cemetery at Hatfield, KY.
