Nora Laura Smith Tibbs

Nora Laura Smith Tibbs age 81 formerly of Pikeville, KY passed away May 24th.  Visitation will be Monday May 27th at 7PM at the J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be Tuesday May 28th at 12PM at the  J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.   Burial will follow in the Ratliff Cemetery.
