Lisa Rena Deramus age 39 from Pikeville, Ky passed away May 10th.  Visitation will be Wednesday May 15th at 11AM at the Trinity Harvest Church.  Funeral services will be Wednesday May 15th at 12PM at the Trinity Harvest Church.  Burial will follow.
