Floyd "Buck" Ratliff

Floyd "Buck" Ratliff age 67 from Kimper, KY passed away May 18th.  Visitation will be Tuesday May 21st at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday May 23rd at 12PM at the Cedar Bottom Old Regular Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Layne Cemetery #2.
