Janis Miller age 86 from Phyllis, Ky passed away May 20th. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday May 21st at the Bailey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday May 23rd at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home. Burial services is not available at this time.
