Shelly Carol Wolford age 49 from Phelps, KY passed away December 31st.  Visitation will be after6PM Thursday January 3rd at the Phelps Freewill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Saturday January 5th at 12PM  at the Phelps Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Diles Cemetery at Phelps, KY.
